Public Administration and the Informal Economy: the Microenterprise policies of Ameca, Jalisco

Abstract

This work, is intended to address the linkage between municipal public administration andEconomics Informal, in the municipality of Ameca Jalisco, through the analysis of theperception of (public and private) responsible for policies aimed at micro-enterprises, aswell as the legal, social, economic and above all global context that decisively define theenvironment of organizational activity in its various forms, with the understanding that it is likely to identify differences and contradictions between what is expressed on the informaleconomy by those who have official liability of these policies and program objectives andexisting institutional policies.
